Getting Paid
From milestone submission to escrow release to wallet withdrawal.
The payment flow
Getting paid on QoolPick follows a clear flow: you submit completed work (milestone or full project), the client reviews and approves it, escrowed funds are released to your wallet, and you withdraw to your bank account via Wise. Every step is tracked and visible in your dashboard.
Submitting for review
When you complete a milestone or the full project, submit it through the project page with a description of the deliverable. The client is notified to review. If they request changes, address the feedback and resubmit. Once approved, funds are released automatically.
Auto-approval safety net
If a client doesn't respond to your submission within 5 days (milestone) or 8 days (final project), the work is auto-approved and funds are released. This ensures you're never stuck waiting indefinitely for payment on completed work.
Withdrawing earnings
Released funds appear in your wallet balance. Withdraw any amount over $50 to your bank account via Wise. Add your bank details in the Wallet section of your dashboard. Withdrawals are approved by the QoolPick team and processed in weekly Friday batches.
