Making a Payment
Pay via bank transfer — full payment or per milestone.
Payment methods
QoolPick uses bank transfer as the payment method. When you create an invoice, you receive bank transfer details and a unique reference code. Send the payment from your bank and include the reference code — your payment is automatically detected and matched to your invoice, usually within 1-2 business days.
Full payment vs milestones
You can pay the entire project amount upfront (full payment) or fund milestones individually as they become active. Full payment puts the entire amount in escrow immediately. Milestone payment lets you fund each milestone as the project progresses, committing smaller amounts at each stage.
Fee calculation
The platform fee is calculated and displayed before you confirm payment. For productized development (QoolPick packages), the fee is 5%. For contract work, it's 7.5%. The fee is added on top of the project price — if your project is $15K with a 5% fee, you pay $15,750 total. The developer receives the full project price.
